Biography
Kimberly Douglas is the personification of a firefly—energy in motion—and the catalyst behind FireFly Facilitation’s exceptional brand of services. Her unique ability to read group dynamics and think “on the fly” is a product of her natural talent and applied lifelong learning.
After earning a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she received her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Kimberly is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Hogan Assessment Suite, and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)—three of the world’s leading assessment tools.
Kimberly has served as a Director with the Hay Group, an international management consulting firm, and as an internal consultant with The Coca-Cola Company, where she facilitated the strategic planning process for Coca-Cola USA Marketing. While vice president of an entrepreneurial healthcare company, Kimberly also developed the human resources department’s strategic business plan.
